How much space do I need for a bounce house?The space required depends on the size of the bounce house you choose. Generally, you'll need at least a 15x15-foot area, with additional space for safety and setup.

What safety measures do you have for bounce houses?Our bounce houses are inspected regularly, anchored securely, and come with safety instructions for setup and use. We also provide trained staff to oversee operations if needed.

Weather DisclamerPlease be aware that arrangements will not be carried out on windy days. Additionally, we require weather conditions to fall within a temperature range of 55 degrees as a minimum to 99 degrees as a maximum. If, due to weather circumstances, a change in schedule becomes necessary, kindly notify us at least 72 hours before your event. In such a situation, you will also have the option to explore an alternative indoor rental choice, subject to its availability. In the event that rain is in the forecast, please note that we will be unable to set up, and you will be given the option to reschedule.

Cancelation PolicyDeposits are non-refundable. While we comprehend that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to event rescheduling, we request a minimum notice of 72 hours. In such cases, your deposit will be retained, and we will make every effort to accommodate the rescheduling of your event for an alternate date. Please note that refunds are not provided. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy for comprehensive details.

Are you insured?Absolutely, we are indeed equipped with insurance coverage. Should you require a copy of our Insurance Policy, please inform us in advance. Additionally, if you necessitate a Certificate of Liability Insurance, there is a fee of $30 associated with obtaining the certificate. Please Note: Kindly be aware that it falls under your responsibility to notify us if you require a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Should we arrive at your event which necessitates proof of insurance and this information was not communicated beforehand, your event will regrettably be subject to automatic cancellation.
